I earned a B.A. in history from the University of Calicut in 2014, and I received a Master&#8217;s in library and information science from the same institution in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to my work, I keep in touch with professional friends. It&#8217;s fun for me to talk to people and pick up new information. I concentrate on the open-source and open access movements in libraries, supporting the Koha (an open-source integrated library system) and Dspace (an open-source institutional repository) software systems for librarianship, cataloging, data management, resource sharing, and taking part in the data migration from legacy library software (BookMagic, LibSoft, LibSys, E-Library Solution, E-Granthalaya, DelPlus, CDS\/ISIS, SOUL, and NewGenLib) to Koha<\/p>\n<p data-original-attrs=\"{\" :=\"\">\u00a0<b>Why I blog and what I blog about<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-original-attrs=\"{\" :=\"\">I blog about library-related topics that interest me, things I\u2019ve tried, or things I want to know more about. I don\u2019t have a schedule for postings\u2013just whenever I feel like it!
